Online Gift Card Instructions

Create a Family Account Online:

1. Go to https://www.raiseright.com/

2. In the upper right corner, click “Join a Program”

3. Enter the enrollment code: 2719274619917

4. Complete the enrollment form and then choose “Register”

5. Click on “Shop” and look for gift cards from over 700 vendors. Choose to purchase a plastic gift card.

6. Add Gift Cards to your cart and then submit your order.

Your FACTS account will be billed.  If you do not have an account, please drop off a check made out to Chiaravalle.

We will contact you when the cards arrive. Cards will be available for pick up at the front desk.
