South Asian Community Group

The South Asian Community Group celebrates the cultures, languages, histories, and experiences of South Asian families, including bi-racial and multi-racial families. The group is open to everyone in the Chiaravalle community.

The group provides a space for connection, celebration, and conversation around South Asian identities. Families gather several times throughout the year to build relationships, share experiences, and celebrate traditions — fostering a greater sense of belonging within our school community.

The group hosts two signature annual events: a Diwali celebration bringing families together through food, music, and community, and a Holi celebration marking the arrival of spring. Both are open to the whole Chiaravalle community.
