Tuition & Affordability
Your child's education is a high priority and has an impact on your family budget. We believe choosing Chiaravalle is a wise investment in your child's future.
The primary responsibility for independent school tuition lies with the family. However, we are committed to helping parents find ways to afford the choice of a Chiaravalle education and offer financial aid to eligible students.
Payment Plans
Chiaravalle offers families a variety of tuition payment options through FACTS Tuition Management. Please note that an initial payment is due upon signing your enrollment agreement. Options include:
- One-payment plan
Pay tuition in full in May. - Two-payment plan
Make two payments, in May and September. - Monthly payment plan
Monthly payments begin in May and continue through April. (Deposit + 11 payments) No monthly tuition payment is due in January because the following year's tuition deposit is collected then. - Twice-monthly payment plan
Twice-monthly payments begin in May and continue through April. (Deposit + 22 payments) No monthly tuition payment is due in January when the following year's tuition deposit is collected.
Tuition Assistance
The Chiaravalle Board of Trustees annually allocates a portion of the operating budget for tuition assistance programs. We have three components to our tuition assistance program.
First, we offer financial aid to families who demonstrate financial need. Supplemental grants may be available to qualifying families through the Diversity Endowment Fund. Additionally, the school offers Chiaravalle Journey Grants for students entering grades K-8 who may not qualify for Financial Aid, but meet other qualifying factors of importance to the school, such as long-term commitment, enrollment needs, volunteerism, and siblings enrolled.
To be considered for our tuition assistance program, families must submit an application through FACTS. Returning families must apply by December 15 for the next school. New families apply by January 15 for priority consideration before fall enrollment.
