For that reason, we publish our tuition rates while also offering Individualized Tuition, a thoughtful approach that reflects each family’s unique financial picture.
Some families pay the published tuition. Many apply each year for an individualized adjustment. Both paths are part of our commitment to clarity, dignity, and community.
What Individualized Tuition Means
Individualized Tuition aligns tuition with a family’s particular circumstances while sustaining the full Chiaravalle program.

What Individualized Tuition Might Look Like
The examples shown below are for illustration only. Individualized Tuition applies to school-day tuition and varies by family and by year. Actual tuition and payment plans are determined individually.
Payment Options
Chiaravalle offers a variety of tuition payment options through FACTS Tuition Management, a secure, mobile-friendly system. An initial payment is due upon signing the enrollment agreement.
How Individualized Tuition Works
We partner with FACTS to ensure a consistent, confidential review process.
- Families submit a FACTS application each year with basic financial information
- Each application is reviewed individually
- Tuition adjustments are determined annually
- Families receive a detailed tuition agreement prior to enrollment
Individualized Tuition is reviewed each year to reflect changing circumstances. Families are welcome to ask questions at any point in the process.

Steps to Apply for Individualized Tuition
