Your child's education is a high priority and has an impact on your family budget. We believe choosing Chiaravalle is a wise investment in your child's future.
The primary responsibility for independent school tuition lies with the family. However, we are committed to helping parents find ways to afford the choice of a Chiaravalle education and offer tuition assistance to eligible students.
Payment Options
Chiaravalle offers families a variety of tuition payment options through FACTS Tuition Management. Please note that an initial payment is due upon signing your enrollment agreement.

Continuous Enrollment is the ‘set it, and forget it’ approach to enroll and stay at Chiaravalle.
We use FACTS
FACTS Tuition Management is a integrated, mobile-friendly system that offers flexibility in payment options, payment frequency, and choice of payment dates.
We use FACTS Aid and Grants
FACTS Aid and Grants makes it easier for parents to apply for tuition assistance and later view awards in the tuition management system.
Tuition Assistance
By offering a robust tuition assistance program, Chiaravalle is able to enroll socio-economically diverse, mission-appropriate students who can experience a complete Montessori journey through 8th grade. We encourage any family that feels stretched to apply for tuition assistance. Tuition assistance at Chiaravalle is self-funded, representing 15% of the operating budget. The average award offsets 50% of tuition.
The Chiaravalle Board of Trustees annually allocates a portion of the operating budget for tuition assistance programs. We have three components to our tuition assistance program.

Assuming you have begun the process before the deadline, Chiaravalle will let you know the amount of your award before a signed contract is due. If your school search does not align with our established calendar, don’t assume it’s too late to enroll or apply for tuition assistance for the next school year. Contact us and we will help you complete the process outlined above.

Steps to Apply for Tuition Assistance
The application deadline for returning families is December 5. The deadline for new families is January 15.
