Welcome to the 2011 Spring Benefit Event Page!
We are excited to celebrate Chiaravalle’s amazing community of parents, faculty, friends and most importantly, our children. The 2011 Spring Benefit Event theme,
Chiarapalooza, reflects the rock and roll energy and excitement of the milestones that Chiaravalle has reached this year! We've secured our permanent home and renovated the second and third floor classrooms.
With so much positive energy around school, we have an opportunity to bring more of the community together than ever before. Our goals are to reach attendance of 250 people and to raise $100,000 in benefit of our wonderful school.
The Spring Benefit Event is the school’s largest fundraising effort of the year. In order to make Chiarapalooza more accessible to all, the volunteer team has made several changes that we are excited to share with you:
- Ticket price: We are lowering the ticket price to $50.00 in order to make it more affordable.
- Venue: We have chosen a local venue, The Woman’s Club of Evanston — a great new DJ will help pump up the volume!
- Attire: Dress will be hip and casual at this “Blue Jean Ball” — so you can wear what you want!
- Food & Drinks: This year there will be no formal sit-down dinner. We will host a cocktail party —open bar and hors d’oeuvres with three buffets featuring hearty, delicious food.
In order to make this a success, we ask for support of all Chiaravalle families. There are many ways you can get involved:
