Each year, Chiaravalle creates a Memory Book that acts as a yearbook for the school. This is a CFA project, as well as a fundraising project. Capturing memories is related to the CFA’s community-building mission. The CFA underwrites the printing cost through CFA membership contributions.
The book is given free to all current families. The sale of ad pages or
Love Notes to businesses and families supports our school-wide fundraising goals.
The Memory Book contains:
- Classroom pages – 1 page per classroom, created by the Advancement Associate for Admission and a CFA volunteer.
- Graduate pages – 1 page per graduating 8th grader. These will be created by the students themselves under the supervision of the MS Humanities teacher.
- Memory pages – Pages created by a CFA volunteer committee with photo candids that capture all CFA events, significant school events [eg, Kinder Science Fair, Poets’ Punch, 100 day, field trips], and “typical day” moments.
- Ads & Love Notes – Solicited by the Advancement Associate for Development.
