Phase I: Foundation

Building a foundation for the future of Chiaravalle begins with purchasing the school building.
An important next step will be redesigning the 3rd floor to make room for new Elementary science facilities.
Overdue maintenance needs in 2nd and 3rd floor classrooms will be addressed by installing new environmentally sustainable flooring, building more efficient storage, repainting with low-VOC paint, and improving lighting.
Recognizing that dedicated Montessori teachers are what makes Chiaravalle special, Phase 1 includes the goal of establishing a faculty endowment for salary increases and professional development. Providing funds for teachers to pursue learning opportunities at home and abroad will enrich classroom teaching and help the school retain high-quality teachers.
