Getting There
All of you who have RSVP’d for this exciting event have wonderful things to look forward to. Don’t feel like driving? Respond to the Chiaravalle Evite by Thursday at noon and we’ll reserve you a seat on a complimentary bus that
will take you to the event (leaving from school at 5 pm) and then bring you back to the school at midnight. What better way to start the evening than joining your friends for a free ride, some good laughs and cocktails, wine and snacks? Then, when you get to Scoozi, take a look around and you’ll see fellow members of the Chiaravalle community milling about in their cocktail attire, checking out all the exciting events and items they can choose from, sharpening their pencils and placing their bids. There are so many great things to choose from, and no matter what you decide to take a chance on, one thing is certain: the proceeds of every winning bid will be used toward teachers’ salaries, showing these invaluable people who work so hard with your children how much they mean to you and this school. There is no way to lose!
Can’t make it to the event?
There’s still plenty of ways to join the fun. Prior to the Annual Spring
Benefit, the Chiaravalle community will receive a catalog of all the items
available so those who can’t join in at Scoozi still won’t miss out! Just
email your maximum bid to Lizzy Kozak at lkozak@chiaravalle.org and a
proxy will place your live or silent bid for you. So pick your item, get
your number in mind, and e-mail Lizzy by Friday, April 23 at 5pm!
Teacher Experiences
Also check your inbox for information about Teacher Experiences. Teachers have donated gifts and sign up parties, and this year everyone in the community has the opportunity to participate. If you are attending the Auction and would like to bid on a Teacher Gift, you will need to fill out a bid card with your highest bid (what you are willing to pay) at the Auction and put it in a sealed container. If you are not attending the auction, you can simply email your highest bid to lkozak@chiravalle.org by Friday, April 23rd at 5 PM. All bidding will be kept anonymous, except for the names of the lucky winners. The Teacher Sign Up Parties are filling up faster than expected, so even if
you are attending the auction, go ahead and email lkozak@chiaravalle.org with your name, your child’s name, and the sign up party you would like.
