Historic Signing of Intent to Purchase Building

Since 1980, Chiaravalle Montessori School has leased the historic brick building designed in 1898 by architect Daniel Burnham. In 2009, the City of Evanston agreed to sell the building to Chiaravalle. Closing on the building is planned for early in 2010.
