Master Planning

The Master Planning Committee is responsible for reviewing and planning for the capital needs of the School. Together with the Head of School and Director of Finance and Operations, the Committee regularly evaluates the school’s capital needs, discusses proposed projects and recommends a timeline and course of action to the Board of Trustees. Once a capital project is approved by the Board, the Committee is responsible for oversight of project execution. The Committee’s primary goal for 2011-2012 is to analyze and develop a timeline for capital improvements over the next five years focusing on the second floor and the annex.

The Committee meets approximately every 4 weeks.
