The Head Support Committee (HSC) helps the Head of School set his goals and priorities for each school year and evaluates the Head’s performance. The Committee meets with the Head of School monthly to discuss and evaluate progress on these goals as well as to provide a sounding board for the Head as challenges present themselves. HSC also acts as the liaison between the Board of Trustees and the Head of School. This year’s primary goal for the HSC is to help our new Head of School get to know our community and to help our community get to know our Head of School.
