The Development Committee is engaged in the school’s strategic vision and planning for annual fundraising as well as for capital campaigns. It connects long-range goals that require additional funding and the philanthropy of our community. Working with the Head of School and Development Office staff, the committee approves annual plans to acquire resources and provides guidance in decision making around the various fundraising activities and volunteer projects at Chiaravalle. The primary goal for the 2011-2012 school year is to promote a culture of philanthropy by supporting opportunities for donor stewardship.
The committee typically meets 4-5 times per year.
