  • Chiaravalle grad earns Girl Scout Gold Award

    Darcy Miller (class of 2008), now a senior at ETHS, received her Girl Scout Gold Award after completing a complex series of requirements, including the implementation of a major community service project. Devoting over 100 hours to executing this project, Darcy scheduled a total of 15 performances which benefited 234 residents in groups as small as 6 and as large as 30.

    “After 8 years as a Girl Scout at Chiaravalle and 3 years at Evanston Township High School, earning my Girl Scout Gold Award was a wonderful, rewarding experience which taught me more about myself and how to share my gifts with others.”

    Hannah Friedman (Class of 2005) is a featured artist in the Evanston Public Library Friends 'Armchair Auction'. Hannah, who attends Savannah College of Art and Design, is one of 30 artists who created Watering Cans for the occasion.
