The thing about Chiaravalle that makes it appealing to kids is that
it's not really just a school. At least, it's not like any other school
they'll attend. At Chiaravalle, your teachers are your friends, and
your friends are your teachers. Your early years are not wasted on
trying to memorize facts that you can learn later, or fulfilling set
standards. Instead, you are taught cooperation, generosity, creativity,
and concentration. I'd like to thank Chiaravalle for these skills,
because thanks to them, I'm now able to learn almost anything.

The thing I like is that you get to be in the same class for three
years so you get the full experience of the classroom. My friends and I
are working on the area of a trapezoid while others are doing a
circle…this is something we’re really interested in so we can learn
more about it.
We have small classes and you really get to know the teachers. Like
last year when I thought the work was a little too easy I told the
teacher and she did special work with me while the rest of the class
was doing silent reading.
The materials really help you learn Math. We just had a power
presentation (like 4 to the power of 2). At first it was really
confusing but then they showed us what it looked like and it made
sense. Or like long division…I used to imagine the test tubes but now I
just do it.
