Tuition Assistance

• Complete the Parent Financial Statement [PFS] at FAST. All supporting documents should be submitted to FAST before the deadline. The deadline for returning families is January 27. The deadline for new families is February 15. 
• Submit the Chiaravalle Tuition Assistance Checklist. This form lets us know you are exploring the Tuition Assistance process. The current year's form is available as a PDF at right or you are welcome to call the Director of Admission and Financial Aid.
• Complete the Tuition Assistance application process. Your application is considered complete when FAST has all required documents and Chiaravalle has received an application. Provisional awards are granted on estimated parent financial statements; final awards are based upon final financial statements.

Assuming you have begun the process before the deadline, Chiaravalle will let you know the amount of your award before a signed contract is due. If your school search does not align with our established calendar, don’t assume it’s too late to enroll or apply for tuition assistance for the next school year. Contact us and we will help you complete the process outlined above.

For the 2012-2013 academic year we have three different tuition assistance options.  

1. Financial Aid
   Awards between 10-50% of tuition for families who demonstrate financial need. 

2. Diversity Endowment Fund
   Supplemental grants for families who bring racial or ethnic diversity to our school through the Diversity Scholarship Endowment.

3. Chiaravalle Journey Grants
   Grants for families continuing at Chiaravalle with students entering grades K-8 who may not qualify for Financial Aid, but meet other qualifying factors of importance to the school.
