Planning Your Visit

In order for us to be prepared for your visit, we have a request — please call first. You can call our Director of Admission and Financial Aid or the Advancement Associate for Admission to schedule your visit.

We have many different visitors in our classrooms: current parents observing their own child or the next program, prospective parents, and teachers observing other teachers. We are careful to schedule observation times when you can see a typical day, but to not overload any single room with too many guests. If you are coming for a prospective parent tour, expect to stay at least an hour and a half. Generally, classroom observations are about an hour, beginning at 8:30, 9:00 or 9:30 depending on the program you wish to see.

You will be given a questionnaire to complete during your observation. We believe it helps to guide your observation so that you make the most of your time in the classroom.

We ask guests who wish to spend time in a classroom to follow a few general guidelines:

  • Unless otherwise indicated, visits are intended for adults. Babies in arms are welcome. However, please make alternate arrangements for toddlers. There will be a visiting day for your child later in the admission process.
  • Turn off all electronics when in the classroom.
