425 Dempster Street

The historic brick building at 425 Dempster was built in 1898. It served as the Miller School for the city of Evanston until 1976. Chiaravalle began leasing this facility in 1980. In 2009, the city of Evanston agreed to sell the building to Chiaravalle.
