Complete the on-line inquiry form to select your program choices. Some programs fill quickly. We may recommend you submit an application as soon as possible in order to be considered for the available openings.

Come for a visit—either register for a scheduled Prospective Parent Tour or call the Admission office to arrange a classroom observation. These visits are for adults only so you may give your full attention to what you are seeing.

Submit an application form and fee by January 15. For Toddler or Early Childhood 3-6 programs, we will call you to schedule your child to meet briefly with a teacher during the Admission Visiting Day in February. For Elementary or Middle School, we will schedule a school-day visit for your student to spend the morning in a classroom. Returning students and their newly enrolling siblings are offered contracts first. Based on availability, contracts are then offered to new applicants.

Return your enrollment contract by the stated due date
along with the non-refundable deposit to hold your space for the fall. Enrollment contracts are offered by March 1. If you apply for tuition assistance, your application and all supporting materials must be submitted
by March 1. You will know your financial aid award
before your enrollment contract is due.

Submit any required medical, dental and vision forms required for your child’s program. These will be mailed to you in the spring and must be returned before your child’s first day of school.

Submit required registration forms prior to the first day of school. You will receive Registration materials in July via our Parent Portal, including the required forms along with class lists, a school calendar and parent handbook. New children in Early Childhood have a phased-in attendance at the beginning of the year; this schedule will also be included.

Prepare your child for their first day of school. Come play on the playground. Read books about going to school. Watch your mail for a welcome message from your child's teacher about what to expect at the beginning of the school year.

Experience a warm welcome from the Chiaravalle community. Come to a welcome coffee. Join us at the ice cream social. Expect a call from your room parent. We look forward to getting to know your family.
