Masks!

Like Max in Where the Wild Things Are, auction attendees are encouraged to be creative and transform the event into a masquerade! Masks will be available for decoration during Taste of the Auction and student-designed masks will decorate the event.

Games and Raffles

Looking for more fun at the auction? This year take a chance to win more prizes! Heads or Tails, golf putting and raffles! At the Wine Grab, buy a cork and unwrap a surprise bottle of wine! Plus, encourage your friends and family to participate in the “Friends of Chiaravalle” raffle!

Taste of the Auction

Can’t come on May 3 but still want to join in the fun? Come to Taste of the Auction—a family get together on Sunday, April 13 from 1–3 p.m. at school. Have a bite to eat while you enjoy great entertainment, decorate masks, sign up for fund raising parties, and buy a grab bag item.

Green Action

To minimize environmental impact and reduce expenditures, we have streamlined the production and mailing of auction materials. All you need to sign up this year is the one-page registration form included in this packet (also available at the reception desk).

Event Proceeds

To further support the Chiaravalle commitment in maintaining a diverse community, all proceeds from the 2008 annual benefit auction will support tuition assistance.
